  Noticed quite a few cameras fallen to the ground are hanging skewed. Is this all due to interactions with animals or could there be other reasons like weather or, unlikely, vandalism?

  We believe most of the damaged cameras are due to animals. The ones that are "vandalized" tend to get stolen rather than just damaged.

  Do they sometimes get damaged beyond repair or is it mostly just a matter of attaching them again? Shame about the theft, hope it's not too big a problem.

  Yes, they regularly get damaged beyond repair. We removed cameras from areas where there was higher theft, so it's manageable.
