automatic log out

when i move from classify to discussion, it logs me out, and i have to keep re-entering my id
if i go back to classify, it keeps putting me in the tutorial
why?

a related problem: if you just start out on the main page without logging in, and jump to 'discussion', there are 3 empty boxes on the upper left of the screen, but nothing to tell you what to do -- in fact, they let you enter your name, password, then click on the 3rd empty ellipse which should say 'submit'. this then gets you in and you casn join the conversation - otherwise there's nothing to tell you how to participate
