Very few young

  I have not seen many animals with young in these images. Is that just my luck or is there a reason for this?

  Might just have been bad luck -- the wildebeest birth season is very brief, so if you didn't happen to see any frames from Jan/Mar you would have missed them. The gazelle have two brief calving seasons....
