    Maybe a Montagus Harrier but it doesn't seem to have a black tip on the wing closest to us..

    Without that black wing tip, I wonder if it could be one of the Goshawk species found in Africa?

    Hard to judge the size since there's nothing else in the shot for perspective, but the wings are quite narrow, so I'm inclined to say some sort of falcon. The small reddish patch above the underside of the tail, and the pattern on the wings best matches the Amur Falcon in my field guide.
