  Yep, hartebeest. The size and colour are right, and the hartebeest tail has that "feathering" of dark hair down the back of the tail, getting longer and thicker as you get towards the end of the tail.

  Thanks. Was having trouble with this one myself and the descriptions are not "long in the tail"
