What kind of bird?

  Doesn't look quite right for a Kori bustard?? Vague resemblance to a grey-headed heron?

  This is a smaller relative of the Kori bustard - a White-bellied bustard. They are quite common, probably even more common than the Kori. Under the Birds category you'll find a few posts that highlight some of the "Other" birds you're likely to encounter.
