  No, zebra! The tail is too hairy for an eland, which has a long smooth tail with dark tassel at end, and the leg has wrap-around stripes - rather pale, but still zebra.

  take your point about tail but these stripes are brownish? but zebra is white and black

  Some Plains zebra have shadow stripes between the bolder stripes and these often appear more brown than black being duller. I agree this is a zebra.
