The time stamps are not necessarily accurate, in this case it certainly is not. There was another thread about that. Sunrise/sunset are around 6 am/pm in Tanzania. Every once in a while you will see a person holding a small sign with the time and date on it, usually the time stamp on that image is quite different from the time on the sign.
