Mini-tornado!

This is some pretty cool captures of a tiny tornado. When you play the three images, you can really see it move. Just thought I would share it. 😃

A dust-devil - little vortices which often form during the middle of the day. This one's picking up grass ash from the recent fire, so it's easy to see the whirling air column. Occasionally they are strong enough to rip some thatch off a hut but mostly they just pick up small stuff.

Oh, dust-devil. I didn't really know what to call it, here in Denmark we don't have either. 😃 But still, awesome pictures. Thanks for the explanation!

In Australia we call these "willie-willies". Usually fine dust, or they can pick up small bits of paper etc.

A tornado ripped the roof of my school last year. It appeared in the street, knocked over a fence, blew the roof off, and a couple trees. Then is just dissappeared. The flag pole fell over and broke the gutter a week earlier.
