  That is a voucher. That is a well known bird... wonder why they don't have that a s a option?

  I'm guessing it is because there are way too many different species of birds, and very often you don't get nice and clear enough pictures to pinpoint exactly what kind of bird it is. They also don't appear in pictures that often compared to the other big bird species like bustards or secretary birds.
