What if there is something there but you can't ID it?

    What is the best way to classify a picture like this - this is SOMEthing there, so saying there is nothing there isn't accurate, but there is no way to ID something this close up?

    Give it your best guess. For this picture, for example, you can tell it's brown-ish, with no stripes. And it looks pretty big, with its head down on the left perhaps. So it's obviously not a zebra or an ostrich or a leopard. It's probably a large antelope of some sort. Narrow down the possibilities using the filters on the top of the identification box. And then pick one that seems reasonable. Your answer will be combined with answers of other volunteers, so don’t worry about getting it wrong.
