Lions with something in the background

  So there is a female and male lion under the tree but how would you identify the animal moving to the right in the background?

  If an animal is so far away that you can see any of its characteristics and the only way you even know it's an animal (instead of, say, a rock) is that it's moving, then you can ignore it.
