That's a tough one -- but it's good you gave it a go instead of marking "nothing here." Once 20 people have seen this picture, we'll be able to either assign it a final id or assess it as "unidentifiable" based on the percent agreement in the IDs. To be honest, I have no idea what it is -- so it's probably just truly unidentifiable.
