The horizon never shifts, so it seems the camera doesn't move. The movement isn't just weeds blowing. Not sure what's going on here, but I thought it was worth a second look.

It seems to be just a camera distortion. If you jump from the first to third picture, the grass simply seems to shift between the two.

I see artifacts like this in aerial videos I've made; seems to be caused by vibration from the motor/propeller. I wonder if the tree the camera is attached to is vibrating in the wind?
