Actually, the placement of the stripes look a little different. Maybe two different brown zebras? Interesting...

Fuzzy brown hair on the stripes is often a mark of young zebras. As they mature they become smoother and more 'painted'. And of course, each zebra's stripes are as unique as your fingerprint. (Next project - barcoding the zebras of the Serengeti? 😄 )
