Hard one! Black-eared fox?

Black-eard fox!?
It is undoubtedly ears we have here - looking at the images the ears seem to be rather big compared to the head. This is a relative observation as the whole head is not shown, but proportionally it seems to be right when some of the snout become visible. Many black-eared foxes also have white fur with a distinctive black spot around the lower part of each ear around the upper chin-bone!
The time of day dusk/dawn could be the right time for such a little fellow.Posted

I was thinking a bat-eared fox myself. Definitely a mystery to me!

Could the white band be the tusk of a wart hog?

the white band in image 1 is the same semicircular lobe of the ear in image 3. Also, you think that bit off to the right in image 3 is the snout? i figure that for the neck with the ears back.

SiminV2 - Your right, no tusk's there!

I think it might be a jackal. Definitely a canine, but I don't think the ear is quite big enough for the bat-eared fox. Here's a similar perspective on the ears of a jackal for more context. ASG00039z9
