  Ahhh... it's the horns that make it look different, but I'm pretty sure it's a young buffalo, whose horns are still growing, and haven't fully developed. It's still got remnants of its juvenile red hair too.

  Thanks! The horns grow in such a different way. I thought some type of domesticated cattle had wandered in!
