Heheh! It took me a while to figure out what it is we're seeing behind the closer animal - it does look peculiar at first!
I think we've got two hartebeest here. One is standing closer to the camera - we're seeing its foreleg and chest. Beyond it, and visible under its belly, is another hartebeest lying down, which raises its head a little. The blue-ish thing is the base of that one's horns, and the reddish bit is the top of its head and ear.
