  There are many pics which have a part of an animal in them. However, there is not enough to make a sure id. Perhaps a button saying mammel/unsure of type could be put in the next series.

  I felt the same at first, Dick M - I think we all do. People who do this kind of project like to be nice and precise, and as accurate as possible. But for this project, the scientists have asked us to make our best guess, even when there's very little info to go on. One of the scientists, @kosmala , has written a blog post about why they haven't given us an "I don't know!" button, and how even our guesses provide them with useful information. I found it really helpful (as well as interesting!), and highly recommend it:
