These appear to be running really fast - is there any clue to what they are running from?

You might be able to find an answer by exploring the images from that camera. Back in Seasons 1/2/3 some folks developed a 'hack the URL' method where you can find some of the sequences from that time/day. It's a bit time consuming, but rewarding when you find an answer!
