It has unusual markings and looks like the hair goes all the way to the horns

Yes, wildebeest calf about 10-11 months old. The tan forehead goes dark as they mature.

What's the rough age at which their full adult markings come in?

They start to look adult by 2 yrs, females can conceive around that age. The light forehead patch goes dark during the 3rd year, I think. Males don't become sexually active till about 4-5 yrs. Max life span about 24 yrs but few survive that long.

They've got surprisingly developed horns, for juveniles.
