What is this fluffy animal

  This is really bleached out and I can't work out what it is. It's clearly a mammal, but it has a very fluffy coat. Any guesses?

  General colouration (light yellow-brown, dark spots on back) and long, fluffy hair on back and black tail all indicate spotted hyaena.
