Albino elephant trunk? What on earth is this?

  This does not look like clothing on a human, as it has what look like natural black spots on it and definitly looks like skin folds of some description. Whatever it is is quite chunky and is either a leg or a trunk from this angle! Very mysterous indeed... anyone have any better ideas or know for sure what this is?
