Can this be a young bushbuck?

  I look at the spots, but what about reedbucks and spots?

  Bushbuck because of white spots you noted. Reedbuck would have dark spot below ear. Camera flash washes out other IDs.

  This is a female bushbuck, the adults both male and female have spots. Reedbuck young, or adults have no spots on the body, just one below the ear as rib66xyz says.
