Little black bird and weasel (?)

  I don't know what kind of bird standing left of photo and I'm intrested in this weasel in right of photo. He looks like a seal! Maybe someone recognizes this animals?

  #cape-rook and #spotted-hyena - a lot bigger than a weasel! (and no weasels are there).

  The bird is a crow, Cape Rooks, Corvus capensis (see birds discussions ) and on right should be a hyena ... some spots on fur, not sure.

  Very odd view of a hyena, gives it a certain "Disney" look.
