  I think that it is the end of the tail of the #cheetah that is in the frames. It is just a strange perspective, the tail runs below the bottom of the frames and then extends upwards to appear as it does.

  I agree. Their tails are often black & white banded. Individuals may be identified by the pattern; wider or narrower bands on the tail, whether it has a large white patch or a smaller one at the very end.
