sleeping lioness?

    At first I thought this might be a dead animal,, but there appears tp be some others there too, so I am guessing they are asleep. They are not moving.

    They are doing what lions do for the vast majority of the day - sleep. They will sometimes spend up to 23 out of 24 hours sleeping or resting, normally when they are well fed and not under pressure to hunt . 😃
