I have to pick something from the list. It is full of flies.. but what is it?

I think possibly a hyena, but not at all confident. Any other ideas ??

ASG001bh24 shows lions covered in flies in same site 2 hrs earlier. Typically if they find a shady site by 0930 they'll stay most of day.

Thanks for the input,I am having a complete mental block on recognising this one - so will accept as lion and move on. Need a new brain ! 😃
