Jackal or bat-eared fox?

  Not sure if this is a #jackal or #bat-eared-fox
  To me, the tail and ears look more like a jackal, but the body looks more like a fox.

  This is a Side-striped Jackal. Its white tail-tip is very distinctive.

  A bat-eared fox doesn't much look like most people's idea of a fox. Note big dark ears and dark end of tail:
