It's a #buffalo . Looks like it's got a skin disease (or is it shedding?)

Yes , buffalo with dark big stocky body with level back, tail with tuft. Buffalos often have those areas on skin with sparse or no fur, not necessarily skin disease, could be various reasons.
More buffalo in backgroud right and also 1 hartebeest in background left. 😃Posted
