What if you see an animal that is not on the list?

  I saw a small monkey with a white face jumping between branches in a tree, but no such monkey is selectable among the list of animals. What do?

  There are two monkeys you can choose: baboon or vervet monkey. From your description, I'd say you had a vervet.

  The vervet monkey is light-colored with a dark face, what I saw had the opposite. It's a pity that I didn't think to save the capture.

  I see a pig like animal, but i am almost certain it is not one of the choices. It is a night time shot, I hate to click on nothing there, when there is obviously something there.

  I read one of the scientists say in another thread that if you genuinely can't match something up with the available choices, go for the nearest match you can find, and tag the image #unknown . Much better to do that than mark it "nothing there" when, as you say, there is something there.
