  how do i count the animals when there are more than different species and which one do you count

  Count the first species, record 'identify' and then count the second species and record 'identify'. You can do this as many times as needed till all the species are recorded. When you click 'identify', you'll see the information show in the top left of the picture. When you've done identifying all the different ones, click 'finish'.
