Cat attack in action?

Look closely at the blurred motion at center of the photo. It looks like it could be an animal in the early stages of attacking another small animal several feet away. Sometimes I see a cat-like animal, sometimes I even think it could be a baboon because of the tail. What do you think?

It looks like a baboon to me. But that is a really hard one to pick.
