Wrong date?

The date on the sign is not the same as the date on the pic? And the pic says it was taken just after midnight, but it looks a bit too bright for that 😃

No the sign says 20/07/10, which is how the rest of the world (Not US) writes their dates. This is MM/DD/YY or 20th July, 2010.
