Reporting poaching and other nefarious activities

To me this looks like an upside-down rhino (horn on the left). I hope I'm mistaken, and even if I weren't it could be an animal that's been attacked or died of natural causes, but this image made me wonder: if we were to catch poachers in the act, what would be the recommended way of reporting the image?

Katieofoz suggested that this could be a tree, which is a good possibility (I hope it is!), but I'd still be curious about the question.

Maybe a hashtag like #poaching?

Yes, I think a poaching hashtag would be a good way to report it. Since these photos were taken in the past, we can't just go out an apprehend poachers on the spot, but it's useful to know when they're out in our area.
