Talk about minimal information!

Lol... just a pair of horns poking up into the bottom of the shot! I guessed it might be a hartebeest, though I might well be wrong with that. At this rate, though, we're all going to end up expert at identifying antelope, deer, etc, from just tiny glimpses of a horn, nose, eye, etc. 😄

It's most likely a hartebeest yeah. Impala's horns are bigger 😃

And it doesn't matter if you're wrong. Just give it your best guess and the other 20-100 who also guess will give an estimation. If people can't agree at all, the experts will probably come in and identify it properly 😃

I'd agree with @ahjorth -- the shape looks like hartebeest horns. and if you guys are worried about making "wrong" id's - have no fear! check out margaret's blog post: http://talk.snapshotserengeti.org/#/boards/BSG0000007/discussions/DSG00003i4

Yes, I read Margaret's blog post, Ali, and it definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable about those times when I'm really not at all certain of an identification. It's a really interesting article.
