Napping lions with possible kill

Definitely several napping lions on the left, but not sure about animal on the right. While the animals on the left move, except for slight fur movement, the animal on the right does not move at all. There is also something white in the grass next to the leg/tail that could be a stick or an animal part. Do you think it is another lion, or a kill?
