Is this a tail? If so what of?

  I classified as a jackal because I just couldn't tie this in with any of the other animals in the list. I hate being this stumped!

  You might be on to something. How about the upper tail of a zebra? The earlier picture ASG000p804 is several hours earlier, though, so something entirely different could have wandered into the field as well.

  Looking at it again, could it be part of a baboon? I just classified one from a different series of shots and it reminded me how hairy they can be.

  So out-of-focus implies a small object close to lens...baboon or monkey is a possibility.
