Is this wildebeest delivering her calf?

I think she has just done so and is in the process of ditching the placenta etc. If you follow the sequences through the next few minutes you'll see what could be her newborn calf sitting in the grass.

Have the camera traps ever caught a birth as it happened that any one has knowledge of? I know that there are pics of some real young animals I have seen. Then this gnu with placenta in process and I believe there was another a couple days ago similar to this.

How do you follow the sequences?

There are some posts on here explaining it, change the last digit by one letter or number up or down at a time. It will show you the before image and next image. It is a bit labor intensive but it will help you out!

I forgot to tell you, when you run out of alphabet, switch to numbers, and when you run out of numbers, switch to letters.
