Civet in dark

This animal, which I have concluded to be a civet has features similar to it, even though its barely visible in the mid-right side of the photograph. It has a small slim body, with vertical black stripes across it's hindquarters.

Well spotted! But what I see, R of centre, is big and stout, has horizontal black and white stripes and it's a zebra's rear.
