  The nearest one on left has head turned away from camera and there is another #zebra behind it . Weird optical illusion with the stripes 😃

  What I see is almost all of the foreground zebra, 'stretched' by perspective, and only the forelegs of the one beyond it.

  Am I imaging it or can I see just the tip of the mane of the rear zebra?

  Yes, it appears behind the shoulder of the closer zebra.
