    I went with 5 #impala, but the one I said was resting looks like a kori bustard. :~|

    D&T what you say? I would choose impala. It indeed looks lot like kori, but I think the eye would not be so visible if that, but not sure 😃

    D&T, correct/confirm.Spend most of time on ground,also bare-ground-nester.I think also spend night on ground, near cover(tree,shrub etc.) 😃

    Yes, kori bustards are largely terrestrial . Nest is a small hollow in ground and at night birds will rest on ground 😃

    I add here also this, that we may get less Kori-sights this season (though at least one with young has been found already) because cameras

    are set at many different kind of areas. Koris most common in open grassland/light savanna 😃
