Snapshot Serengeti Talk
That looks like a #warthog to me
White and gold, or blue and black? 😉
I think this might be a #steenbok. First one I've seen, if so.
I see two #spotted #hyena in the foreground. Not sure what the eyes are from though.
I know this has to be 2 #giraffe, but for the life of me I can't decide where the fourth leg is.
#lions
I'm guessing #jackal
#Jackal, but I can't quite tell which variant. Leaning toward black back, but I'm not too familiar with the differences.
What looks to be a #pregnant Thompson's #gazelle
#fighting #gazelle kicking up some dust
#Cheetah
#Jackal, black backed I think.
4 #gazelle on lookout duty. Love the arrangement.
Pair of #topi
#Mongoose, not sure which variety
#Young #elephant
The hard-to-see spots make me think #serval, but hard to tell for sure.
#Secretary bird tail feathers
Female #lion in the dark
I'm thinking #bushbuck from the spots. Hard to say without seeing the head though.
#PrivatesonDisplay #Proud #Zebra
Pretty sure this is a #lion. The amount of flies make me think he's got a kill under here, but I don't see any others around.
#Giraffe and I think at least a couple of #baboons.
Nice pose from a #secretary bird
#Secretary bird tail?
#Porcupines
#Serval in the daylight
#Waterbuck
up close #cheetah
#baboons, and a big one by the look of it
#Serval, now blind 😃
Looks like a #Thomsons-gazelle from the next photo, ASG000rsmz 2 min later. But difficult just from this photo.
#Serval? Very hard to tell, but looks like some sort of tan/yellow cat.
Yeah, I tagged those as zebra. There are a couple more in the center, one fast moving and small, one slower. Any ideas?
There's a couple things in the back that are hard to ID. I think I see a giraffe, and there's something really light colored and small.
I was on the fence with this one, but ultimately went with aardwolf due to the tail coloring and the apparent size. Still not sure.
#Bird, #hartebeest, and a #gazelle (probably a tommy) all in the same shot! Love it.
These sort of look like ostrich, but too far away for me to tell. Could easily be gazelle.
There's an #eland in the previous picture, ASG000th93. That one on the right almost looks like a Topi, but hard to tell.
#bird #Superb-Starling Really nice shot of him too!
#Giraffe
#Buffalo I mistook for a warthog.
Reedbuck
Pretty sure there's a #hippo in the background on the right. But I marked as nothing.
#Elephant
3 #birds, but had to check out ASG000tdhm to spot the ones NOT in the tree.
striped-hyena?
I'm going with #hartebeest just because of the color and texture
#spotted-hyena
#giraffe tail?
Judging by the picture just 3 minutes earlier (ASG000n4t4), I think this is a #Thompsons #gazelle nose.
#dik-dik I think, looks too small for a reedbuck
Awesome, #white-tailed #mongoose!
#Grants #gazelle with a cool #lensflare
#Spotted-hyena
#Young #hartebeest. I think mama might be off to the left...can just see some hair from the tail
#Fire and lots of smoke.
#Zebra nudging the #camera
#Topi with #young
#Ostrich pecking for some food
#Baboon tail
#Hyena
First #dik-dik I've seen during the day
#Warthog?
#Hippopotamus
Some sort of #bird...looks eagle-like.
Any ideas on what the little one is in the background? I was guessing #warthog, but it looks a bit small.
My first definite #ostrich!
#Baby #elephant
These #gazelle are really moving. I count 9, but they're so fast, I'm not sure. Wish I could see if there was anything on their tail!
#Young #baboon?
#Baboon
#Aardvark? Not really sure on this one.
Female #lion
Finally spotted a #dik dik!
#Elephant with #young
#Leopard tail!
#Serval
#Pride of #lions
This is my favorite #zebra picture by far. This would make a great #poster!
little #mongoose
#Cheetah I think. Looks too lanky for a leopard.
#Bird on a #buffalo leg?
This #hartebeest appears to have something stuck on his horns.
Looks like an #aardwolf to me
Sleeping #lions
#Leopard or #Cheetah? I'm thinking leopard due to the tip of the tail...not totally sure though.
Nice profile shot of a male #lion
#lion in dark green grass
#lion at dusk
