This looks like a heard of cattle. Not eland because no black spot on front leg and other legs white & mottled black,
either 2 hyena or 2 young buffalo. If hyena, it looks like there is a confrontation between them and buffalo.
Human is riding a horse in the distance, Lion is possible - middle foreground.
