Help needed with Gorongosa project

  • tillydad by tillydad moderator

While we are all waiting for the next season of Snapshot Serengeti images to be loaded why not visit the Wildcam Gorongosa project .

You will get a chance to see some different species and help to finish the first season's images . We have currently classified 79% of the images and I am sure that with a push from the seasoned veterans on here we could really move forwards to completion .

    Many thanks 😃

Yes, it's a fascinating place with some interesting differences from Serengeti and some species you haven't met before - majestic kudu, beautiful nyala, tricky little duikers and suni, and much more. Take a look at the Help section before you dive in, to see what resources are available. We'll both be on hand too, to help out 😃

Yes, what a great chance to get familiar with and contribute to this very interesting and important project, to track the amazing recovery of wildlife after the civil war (ended in the 1992) in Mozambique.
I signed in last night for the first time and enjoyed so very much the fascinating place with it's wonderful wildlife, warmly recommend to everybody! 😃
